The terms that govern your use of AirPass Brasil as an online travel agency.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AirPass Brasil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. AirPass Brasil operates as an online travel agency (OTA) connecting travelers with airlines and accommodation providers across Brazil.
2. Role as an Intermediary
AirPass Brasil acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, and other travel providers). We do not own or operate any aircraft, hotel, or transportation service. Your contract of carriage and/or accommodation is with the respective supplier, and their terms govern the service provided.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. Prices are displayed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and/or United States Dollars (USD) as indicated. Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment cannot be confirmed.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
As an online travel agency, our refund policy reflects the policies of the underlying suppliers:
a. Airline tickets: Refunds and changes are subject to the fare rules of the booked ticket. Non-refundable fares will not be refunded except where required by law. Brazilian consumer law grants a seven (7) day right of regret for purchases made online, provided the departure date is more than seven days away.
b. AirPass passes: Once issued, AirPass products may be refundable subject to a cancellation fee and the usage status of the pass. Unused passes cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees charged by payment processors.
c. Hotel reservations: Refunds follow the property's cancellation window shown at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.
d. Service fees: AirPass Brasil service fees are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
e. Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Changes and Rebooking
Requests to change a booking are subject to supplier availability and any applicable change fees. AirPass Brasil may charge a handling fee for changes processed on your behalf.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided (names, passport details, travel dates, contact details). You must ensure you hold valid identification and any required visas or health documentation. AirPass Brasil is not liable for denied boarding resulting from invalid or incomplete documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirPass Brasil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or acts beyond our control (force majeure).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
